We missed our 16 ounce, 2 percent milk, double shot, with English toffee syrup while on the Grand this Christmas. We would like to see Princess convert one of the many bars to an espresso bar similar in format to a "Starbucks" or other espresso shop variety. The lattes that were offered just didn't pack the punch that we're used to. I think they would make a mint on this one. We put the idea on our comment card. Any other posters think this is a good idea?
