Europe Cruise w/ Teen

We are thinking of taking a cruise to Europe with our 13 yr old son in July 2010. Which cruise is best for teens and will there be alot of people that speak english? We have cruised over 20 times with Carnival and Royal Caribbean but always to the caribbean. We did try a cruise to Alaska a few years ago in late June and there were very few kids and most passangers were of retirement age or older. I do not want to make the same mistake. I hope Europe cruise has more teens and middle aged couples. Thanks for the help.

In July there should be a fair amount of teens onboard. You will probably find more teens on 7 night sailings, but more Europeans (not that that is bad!). It seems like the longer cruises attract more Americans but also a slightly older crowd - why fly all the way over for only a one week cruise?!
