Luggage Tags

For those of you that fly in the day before your cruise, do you put your Carnival luggage tags on your checked luggage that boards the plane or do you wait and put them on after you get to the hotel?:D

at the hotel. and dont forget to laminate them or cover them with clear shipping tape to make them more sturdy. they are flimsy paper and will easily get ripped off the bag getting too your cabin. punch a hole in the tag and use a rubber band or zip lock tie to attatch it to your handle or somewhere on the bag.

Do it at the hotel so you don't confuse the airline baggage folks - or so they don't rip them off thinking they are old tags.

We just got off the Valor on Sunday. We printed the tags and put them on the luggage at the hotel only for the guy checking our bags in to rip them off and put different tags on them. He said they were not the tags they were using? Not sure why...
