Final payment invoice

Hi All

 

Can anyone tell me when I should receive my final invoice? also when should docs arrive?. We booked through a TA and final payment was due on the 5th of December. Cheque been cashed.

 

Just wondered when we would have details of our flight.

Call your TA for the final invoice. And here in the states the docs arrive about 1 month before but they are going to all e-docs depending on when you booked not sure how different that is in Wales.

Upon final payment, our TA has a receipt mailed to me within 5 days. Docs came 1 month out or did on last Cruise. In fact I had Docs and Tags mailed to me within 1 week of each other. Normally it goes to my TA and she calls but last time everything came to our home. Sue could that have happened because I filled out the Set Sail pass.

I believe your TA should be able to let you know what your flights are. ??TA's??

No, the agency's preferences were probably changed on their profile. It either reads to agency or to client home.

Sue thank you, it was a surprise, and I asked her, she didn't know, but was happy we got everything. :)

Thanks for your reply's, will just have to be a bit patient. This is only our second cruise in 10 year's and we cannot wait.
