Radiance of the Seas -- May 14th, 2005

Hey Gang,

 

My partner and I will be sailing on the Radiance of the Seas for a northbound Alaska Inside Passage Cruise departing Vancouve, BC May 14, 2005. Interested to see if there are others traveling or more importnatly if you have been on that same cruise in the past at the same time of year, please post a reply. There is concearn on how cold it will be, waht excursions are worth it and how many bears will we indeed see.

There is a tram ride to Grouse Mountain. While up there they have a few bears that are in captivity. They have a natural area fenced off and a path that goes all around the fence. I know bears in captivity are probably not what yo are looking for, but thought hey were pretty neat! If it's clear, the view from up there would be awesome. RCCL offers an excursion.
