Problem Posting?

I have tried to post a question on the Hawaiian Cruise 3 X with no success. Last time it told me that I already posted it but it didn't post. Does anyone know if there is a problem or if it is me.

 

On this my 4th try it is telling me that I can only post one message every 30 seconds.

I get two errors, one saying to refresh and one that says fatal error:

 

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in D:\inetpub\wwwroot\boards1.cruisecritic.com\includes\db_mysql.php on line 212

 

I sent an e-mail, hopefully they are working on it.

Same here. I can gain access to CC for a couple of screens through a backdoor and then the fatal message starts appearing again. Also sent a message but it took a few tries.
