Voyager Question!!!!!

Any one know if Derek Lewis is back on Voyager now that OUR ship is almost HOME where she belongs?????

Hope so! We are booked on 1/24 and hoping he will be there. We had so much fun with him when we used to sail Rhapsody out of Galveston.

We were recently on the Serenade with Mike Szwajkowski, he told the MM that he was going to Barcelona to join the Voyager for the TA and would remain with her throughout the Galveston season. He would sign off when it returned to Barcelona.

We also will be on the 1/24 cruise and have joined the "Meet and Mingle". Have you joined?

I read somewhere on the board a few months back that Derek was going to be back on Voyager when she got to Galveston. We're ready for him!!!! The pub on Mariner was way too laid back! We needed Derek!

Just to give a reference as to when I received this info on the CD for the Voyager.... it was about 2 or 3 November when he addressed the MM. Told us he would leave the Serenade on Nov. 21 to join the Voyager for the TA on Nov. 29, I believe. Mike was very friendly and approachable, we enjoyed him, hope you will as well!

I have joined twice, but read that some glitch keeps dumping everyone out of the system. Hope they get it fixed! Looking forward to meeting everyone!

 

If you haven't caught Derek's act before it is a lot of fun! Hope he is on board when we go!

We recently got off the Rhapsody with Derek keeping us entertained all the way from Honolulu to Sydney (and thoroughly enjoyed EVERY night in the Schooner Bar!!!!) He left the Rhapsody in Sydney for a much needed R & R at home in Texas after 10 MONTHS at sea ... he told us then hew was returning to the Voyager when it gets into Texas and would be there for the winter .... then if all goes well we have him back on Rhapsody for our trip from Vancouver to Hawaii then onto Sydney!!!! So those of you who enjoy Derek on the Voyager ... PLEASE do not wear him out and definitely enjoy his company in the "Adult day care .... AT NIGHT" program .....

Derek will be joining us on the Voyager tomorrow when we get to Galveston. As will Phil Anderson in the Schooner bar. I cannot wait to have them back.
