Snorkling in Cozumel Vs. Costa Maya

Good Evening All;

 

I've done lots of cruises in the Caribbean-East, South, General..etc.. but never to Mexico. Can someone who has done Mexico give an opinon on where the snorkling is better: Cozumel or Costa Maya.

Hands down, COZUMEL! ... Go to the the Chankknabb State Park. They have so much great snorkling there. A very cool Statue of Jesus submerged in the water makes for some great pics! A neat little resting platform out there in the water that is really fun to jump off of. They have alot of fish along that little park. They have some cave scuba, dolphins, and great food! If you are going to do one or the other... Cozumel hands down!
