Can you still cash traveller's checks in casino on the Jade?

 

Will they give you U.S. or euros?

When we were on the Gem doing the Med cruise this fall, they gave US dollars. I know it's not the Jade, but close.

We always take a bunch of cash. It works great.

 

Also, if you have a credit card on file for your ships charges, you can get cash have it charged to your credit card. this is NOT a cash advance and therefore does not have any surcharges on it.

OP, on any NCL ship they will cash the Travelers Checks for you at the Front Desk and NCL ships deal in US Dollars. I do believe on some of their itinenaries they will change dollars for Euro's, but I honestly can't vouch for that for sure.

 

If you go to NCL.com and go to the very bottom of the page you can click on their FAQ's and it addresses currency, travelers checks and currency exchange.

Dollars can be exchanged at the reception desk for a fee. Can't remember how much. but if you are in Europe, get euros. they really don't like US dollars.:)
