St. John Jeep Rental

My husband is 72 years old. Is there any problem renting a jeep at this age and is it dangerous driving on the island? What is the URL or web site for rentals? Thank you. Barb:)

Not sure the St. John Car Rental companies have a cut off age for renting cars, you could double check with them. The island is mountainous so not many flat roads. And the roads are curvy and generally narrow. Drive slow, stick to your side of the road (which is the left side here), use the horn a lot when going around blind corners. You can do a search for car rentals on St. John like http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&source=hp&q=car+rentals+%2B+st.+john&aq=f&oq=&aqi=g5. Most of the car rental companies won't take reservations for one day rentals. They will rent a car for one day but you have to call the day you want to rent it or just show up at their office and check if they have something available and rent it.
