Why would Outside be more expensive than Balcony?

Outside room is you get a lounger to sleep on next to the pool but it is yours the whole cruise so you get front row poolside for the same price as a OV :D

on a couple cruises I think a few people would have taken that as they were gettttin out to 'reserve' a lounger at 730am:eek:
