NCL sails from New Orleans in the winter.

I do see several P&O ships will be making port stops in New Orleans in 2010 and 2011, with one cruise actually departing from New Orleans on Dec 31, 2010 ending up in Barbados.

Which would not be a closed-loop cruise. Could affect the Passport naysayers.
