Hello, we will be visiting Barbados on Carnival's Victory, and I was wondering if somone could recommend some restaurants, that the locals visit for good Barbados food. Also is there a local beer produced there. Thank you, John

Hi, John! When we were last on Barbados, we had a great lunch at the Round House restaurant. www.roundhousebarbados.com/ Great food, and fabulous views, right on the water. We had hired a driver for a few hours for an island tour and had asked him to take us to a nicer restaurant (not fast food), where I could try the flying fish, and the Round House was where he chose. We couldn't have been happier. Oh, and Banks beer is the local beer for you.
