hi, wife and I are ready to book our first cruise.

we picked splendor from long beach on feb 7th.

would room number 7337 on deck 7 be a good choice?

we thought midship would be good to lessen chance of seasickness but it is close to an open area.

hi, if we are scheduled to arrive at long beach at 9am after the cruise what would be a minimum safe timeframe to catch a flight at lax airport?

Just to be on the safe side, I would plan anytime after 1:00 PM, that way you can allow for the ship arriving late and other problems that can arise. Just my opinion.

we have a return available for 1:16pm at a good price.

do the cruise ships often arrive late or are they pretty punctual?

how long does it usually take to get off the ship? I did read that if you have a close airline connection you can get off the ship quicker.

thanks for the help.

We were on the 12/13 sailing; ship arrived back in Long Beach on time, debarkation was a breeze, and we were at LAX by 10:00. You'll be fine with a 1:16 flight. ;)

Regarding the airport I live in San Diego and I agree book in the afternoon..I am curious all the people that fly from out of state do they ever check Long Beach Airport it is 12 miles from the pier..I know Jet Blue use to fly out of LB..It is a great little airport ..I am sure it does not service all states but it is definately something to check out..Happy Travels and happy Holidays..lis
