TransAtlantic - Sunny Side?

Hi all - we're debating doing the "Maiden Trans Atlantic" on the Epic and looking at rooms. We're definitely getting a balcony and I'm thinking if we ever want to get the sun we'll need to go with the port (left) side, right?

 

Does having the sun all day make the rooms hot? (I realize no one's been on the Epic so I'm asking in general)

 

Any trans Atlantic experts out there?

We did a transatlantic this November and the port side had the sun all day. It may heat up the room some, but you can always crank up the

AC.:rolleyes:
