Comparing Coffee Tours

We're cruising the Panama Canal on Island Princess in March, and I'd like to do a coffee tour while in Costa Rica (Puntarenas). There are so many coffee plantations, so I'd like to get some feedback/opinions on the tours out there, and which you'd recommend or not.

 

I'm looking to book the tour direct with the coffee farm as opposed to the cruise line. These are the tours I've read about. Any feedback?
