Balmoral: Internet Access in your Room

I know that Balmoral has an Internet Cafe. However can you access the internet from your room either via Wifi or connection by ethernet?

There is No WIFI on any of Freds. ships ,you need to use the internet room ,you cannot use your laptops either ,only the PC s in the internet room.:(

There is wifi access on Balmoral - not in the cabin but in the Library, the Card Room and the Braemar Lounge. Charges are quite high - you get the code from Reception.

Just found this on the A to Z on the Fred website:

 

WiFi access is available on all vessels in, and close to, the Library, to provide convenient access for laptop and some other mobile devices. This service is provided on a ‘pay as you go’ basis and can be purchased in advance from Reception, with charges billed to your on board account. (Available on MS Boudicca from Feb 2011).

Its good news ,can now do my blog as I go along. I believe its about £5 for 30 minutes, I,m sure when FO have time they will put the charges up on the website.
