disembark millennium and flight time

We will disembark the millennium on march 5 2010 at 6 am.

Our flight leaves San Juan airport at 09.35 AM. Is there enough connection time to make the flight?

I'm very worried because of the increased security.

I don't believe I've ever heard of anyone disembarking at 6 AM. Guess it's possible but I think I would double check that one. You would be a very lucky person if you catch a 9:35 AM flight. Good luck and Happy New Year!
