Magens BYOB question

Wife and I are thinking about bringing a small cooler full of beer to Magens and wondering if this is ok or a no no? Thanks.

thanks, I was just worried that it may be in a park area where alcohol is not allowed.

You need to understand that in the USVI we don't even have an Open Container Law, so it is perfectly legal to drink alcohol while driving. You just aren't supposed to be drunk and driving. But there are no breathalyzers and nobody gets stopped for that unless a bad crash is involved.

 

Everyone drinks on the beaches. Even kids big enough to ask.
