Patas&Alas Butterly Santuary, Playa Uvas or Chankanab for snorkeling?

Can anyone give me suggestions for a good snorkeling/relaxing day? We were thinking of Chankanab but I read it gets packed with tours so I started looking around and got it down to Playa Uva or Santuary. Any other suggestions for Feb. 2010?
