changing rooms and bathrooms at Accra Beach?

Are there any changing rooms or public bathrooms at Accra Beach?

There is a public washroom facility at the Western end.. close to the food kiosks. They are open during the day.. usually something like 8am-5pm.. but sometimes you may find them closed.. showers are outside and you have to make sure you wash the sand off your feet before you go into the facility.
