Cruisetour Excursion redit?

We are going on a Celebrity Alaska Cruisetour in June. There are two excursions that are included in the cruisetour that we are not interested in, so we have chosen and booked other excursions to replace them. Has anyone done this before and if so, did they credit the excursions not taken off the cost of your final bill without a hassle(or at all). I am going to contact them, I just wanted real customer input first.
