Extention cords

I was going to take a small extention cord along on our upcoming Splendor cruise. I have a small one but it has three prongs. Will it fit into the wall receptical in the cabin? I have a longer, older, heavier one with just two prongs but would prefer to take the smaller one. (I'm talking about U.S. plugs not international)

Thanks! I thought they were but wanted to make sure. Last cruise I realized how handy it would have been to have an extention cord in the cabin. Charging batteries was a problem as one charger had to hang upside down and would fall off the wall with the slightest bump. This time we will be prepared!

:)
