Good Beach Resort in Grand Cayman

We will be stopping in Grand Cayman in April. It has been about 8 or 9 years since we have been in Grand Cayman. The last time we were there, we took a cab/bus to a resort on 7 Mile Beach, paid a small entrance fee and just enjoyed a day of relaxing on the beach. We cannot remember anything about the name of the resort or the location. Does anyone have any ideas or recommendations about where to go to just hang out and enjoy the beach for a day?

You can grab a cab or the bus to either Sea Grape or Royal Palms/Reef Grill. No "fee" to use the beach. They have food and drink, rental chairs and umbrellas.
