Cozumel Hertz office from Navigator Of the Seas - walkable?

We're cruising to Cozumel on Navigator of the Seas in two weeks. We're looking for a Hertz office. Hertz website lists an office at "Av Juarez Local 2 Plaza Cozumel". Does anyone know if this is near the dock or if it's walkable from the dock?

Hertz, along with a slew of other rental companies, has kiosks at the foot of the pier. You can't miss them (even if you try... they are quite aggressive!) Might want to check some of the threads about renting a car in Mexico before you go. We've never had trouble, having rented several times, but if you should happen to have an accident... Let's just say the rules are not the same as here in the States. You are guilty until proven innocent... unless you can pay the "fine"... and if you can't, you get a "free" vacation until you can :-)
