pitbullgirl Posted January 6, 2010 #1 Share Posted January 6, 2010 Hi, Has anyone ever used Scuba Steve in St. Lucia? For $150pp, you get a 2-tank dive (one being Superman's Flight) and max. 8 divers.
MPM Posted January 9, 2010 #2 Share Posted January 9, 2010 My wife and I used Scuba Steve last year. It was actually Steve's wife that took us out. We had a great time. Being fairly new divers, we were a little concerned about doing a "drift dive" like Superman's Flight, but it turned out to be a non-event. In fact we made arrangements ahead of time to get our PADI drift diving specialty while we were there. Although they were a little more pricey than some of the other operations, we thought the smaller boat and individual attention would make it worth the price. We would use them again! ~Mike
pitbullgirl Posted January 9, 2010 Author #3 Share Posted January 9, 2010 Mike, Thanks very much for your feedback. I'm going to contact Scuba Steve to make arrangements for our diving in St. Lucia. One of the biggest draws is the small number of people on their boat -- I really hate being on the cattle boats and we usually go to dive resorts where the max divers on a boat are 10-12 people. Happy Diving and Cruising in the coming year! Janie
