Dolphin Swim or Discovery

What bascially is the difference and which one to reserve in Cozumel??

The discovery is just you in a small wading area with a dolphin and 7 other people. You get to pet it and get a kiss.

 

The swim is where you get to interact with the dolphin more, by doing the foot push, and dorsal tow, along with the kiss. Go with the swim. I've done both, and IMHO, the discovery isn't worth the money. The swim, on the other hand, is amazing. I've got pictures of our swim in the link in my sig below.

We were on the 12/10-12/20 Panama Canal cruise on the Coral and my girlfriend booked the full Dolphin Swim in Cozumel. It was the absolute highlight of her entire cruise. In addition, she found some fantastic native craftspeople working at the site and bought some beautiful items.

We did the dolphin swim in Cozumel in April. Make sure you book the CZM-R, which is the "royal" swim where you actually interact with the dolphins , not the others where you just get to pet them.
