CaribQween Posted January 8, 2010 #1 Share Posted January 8, 2010 I've read a lot of posts on tendering into Belize, but could someone give me a little info on tendering back to the ship? We're doing an independent tour and I'm trying to make sure that we leave enough time for waiting for the tender and the actual ride back. Our itinerary shows that we'll be there until 5:00 so I'm assuming that we need to be back to the ship by 4:30 (ship time). So what time should we be back to the tourist village and in line for the tender? Also, do cabs pick up and drop off outside the tourist village? If so, how far is that from the ships themselves? Thanks in advance.
BigRed93 Posted January 8, 2010 #2 Share Posted January 8, 2010 You'll be advised what time the last tender for your ship is before you get off the ship in the morning. When we were scheduled to leave at 5pm, our last tender was 4:15 - just for an example.
cruzeluver Posted January 8, 2010 #3 Share Posted January 8, 2010 Agree with the above post. Once you know when the last tender is leaving, I would say be back at least 15 minutes prior to that time just to be safe.

AlanAllyn Posted January 8, 2010 #5 Share Posted January 8, 2010 If you are touring with a company that does regular tours for cruise passengers, they will be sure to get you back on time. Their business depends on you getting back on time. Check them out on the Ports of Call board.
