Your ships name, sailing date, reservation number and they will get back to you within a week.

I usually do it 6-8 weeks before our cruises.

We have done that without including the reservation number and they have always responded promptly. I am about to email them about our upcoming (March 18th) cruise on Navigator of the Seas.

I still haven't heard back from RCCL :( I received the automatic response email but know one has answered my questions! That was 7 days ago!

We have always received a full list of all the entertainers, on all the ships we have inquired about.

I would send another email back to them on that same reply and ask if they can add more to it. ;)

Someone really messed up on that answer.

You might have some better luck if you post this request on the roll call. Usually tons of info there.
