Land Tours and Costs/Cayman/Belize

Does anyone know if Captain Marvin's tours and Belize Cruise Excursions tours include the fees to the sites? Also, my wife is a non swimmer and wants to be able to walk into the water from the boat at Stingray City, is this possible? Has anyone done the combined Island and Stingray City tour, is it worth it to do both? Thanks, Bruce

We are also doint Capt. Marvins. from what I hear, you don't have to be a swimmer to get into the water with the rays. Check their website: captainmarvins.com. Also, ask your question and check on the Carnival board, that is where I have gotten my info. There is a lot more action on that board.
