Has anybody used Belize Cruise Excursions (dot com) for cave tubing? I'm trying to decide between them and cave-tubing dot com. Any advice?

I've emailed cave tubing dot com twice in the last few weeks with no response at all. Let me know if you hear back from them. I tried to reserve via their website to begin with, and they said to email again if I didn't hear back within 6 hrs. I waited a few days and tried the email link. Nothing. Very strange.
