Changing names

Recommended Posts

I have a cruise booked i am the lead passenger we have 2 cabins booked the other couple cant make it can we change the names or will we have to lose the deposit agent says we have to lose deposit final payment March any help appreciated

If you have made no change on the booking then you can change names free of charge. You just need to write in a letter, via your agent, saying 'Mr and Mrs Smith are not travelling but Mr and Mrs Brown will be taking their place' If you have made a previous change then it will be £35pp to change the names.

Name changes can be done up to 7 days before travel. TA is wrong.
