Food near Cemetery Beach

After reading through reviews on these boards, I think my DW and I will be checking out Cemetery Beach / Reef on our first trip to Grand Cayman in March. I've seen that some people just bring snacks from the ship, but I was wondering if there are any restaurants or places to grab food nearby. What have you done on your trip to this beach? Did you bring food, or stay for a while and then leave for lunch?

The Fosters Food Fair IGA grocery store is nearby and a bit past that is Alfresco Cafe. Both are further along West Bay Road going away from George Town.
