We're flying in to Gatwick and going right to Dover to spend a couple of days there before our cruise.

 

We are a family of 5 and are interested in taking a private minivan.

 

The problem is that there are so many listed on the web, but I don't know who is good, reputable and who is even going to show up.

 

If anyone has used a company and can vouch for them, I would love a referral.

We always use Woodford Chauffeur Cars when we are in London for our cruises and have used them for years. They are very dependable and flexible. They have cars, minivans, and even a bus and sometimes use a luggage trailer. You can drop Cheryl Finch an email for a quote at: cherylfinch4@aol.co.uk . This is a family run business and they go to/from all of the ports, airports, and central London hotels. If you decide to use them, you will be quite pleased. We found them via the roll calls on Cruise Critic as they are themselves, cruisers.
