Grand's Muster Drill leaving Galveston

The Grand is scheduled to leave Galveston at 4PM on a 7 day. When did they hold the muster drill? Want to meet CC'ers immediately after, but will it be too close for those at 6PM traditional dining?

On the 11/28-12/4 cruise our group met at 4:30. The muster drill was before we left.

I was on the Grand over the Christmas holiday, and although the ship was late leaving Galveston, the muster drill was scheduled for 3:15.

Our CC group met right after lifeboat drill at the aft pool, and we had plenty of time to meet up before sailaway, and we left right at 4. Like the previous poster said, it was at 3:15, and only lasted about 10 minutes. Very painless!

Thanks everyone for the info. Seems pretty consistant that muster is around 3:15. Does that must mean late arrivals get to miss out. Though cutting it close aren't people still boarding at that time?

We were on the Grand at Christmas out of Galveston. We were scheduled to leave at 4pm but didn't leave until 6pm. Our CC group was to meet after the muster drill, so we didn't (thankfully) name a time. Everyone seem to figure it out when we ran late and everything worked out great.

There's another muster drill the next morning for the late boarders who might have missed the one before sailaway.

Would not want them to miss out... However, from all accounts Princess does not make this a misery for her passengers.
