SantaCruiser Posted January 22, 2010 #1 Share Posted January 22, 2010 Any LGBT cruisers on the San Francisco - Sydney segment of the World Cruise? Also does P&O do "Friends of Dorothy" meetings on board?

Johnthed0g Posted January 22, 2010 #5 Share Posted January 22, 2010 No real reason why not, other "special interest " groups arrange meetings.
Gerrym Posted January 23, 2010 #6 Share Posted January 23, 2010 Depends which ship I suppose as some of them are heavily geared towards families.

Gerrym Posted January 23, 2010 #8 Share Posted January 23, 2010 I would have thought there would be less FOD type events on a purely family ship and more of those type of events on a ship geared towards adults. I hope that has cleared it up for you.
Johnthed0g Posted January 23, 2010 #9 Share Posted January 23, 2010 Not really because, A) it's Arcadia no kids, & B) I am sure there is a call for 'FOD' meetings whatever the ship is.

A - that's why I said depends on the ship B - I would be surprised if FOD is such a popular thing on cruises geared towards the family. I did say that before though and not sure what part of my view you are not grasping? John, you really do need to read the contents of my posts otherwise I will just keep repating myself or get bored and not bother to answer. Johnthed0g Posted January 23, 2010 #11 Share Posted January 23, 2010 A) OP asked about Arcadia. Answered, no further comment required. B) Meetings can be on any ship, don't see why families need to be mentioned, & are irrelevent (see A)

Merlin7 Posted January 24, 2010 #13 Share Posted January 24, 2010 I have certainly seen, 'Friends of Dorothy' meetings advertised in the daily schedule of events on some P&O ships.
