texasnana Posted January 23, 2010 #1 Share Posted January 23, 2010 We are going with a group of 80. Travel agent gave each person $50.00 on board credit. How does that work? How do we know if there is a credit? Do we just buy and it gets credit to our room?
rollie Posted January 23, 2010 #2 Share Posted January 23, 2010 When you get on ship check you Seapass account on you interactive tv in your cabin. It will show you your expenseis and on board credit. As you buy drinks or gifts your credit will be used up. 50 dollars won't go very far. If that´s for your Voyager otS cruise you can check your onboard account via your stateroom TV and you will see the OBC on there. YOu just go about spending onboard and the $50 are credited towards your spending. Don´t be worried if the OBC doesn´t show up on your account upon boarding. It can take up to 48 hours until all OBC are posted on the accounts. However the credit will still be good for purchases you have made up until then. Sue L Posted January 23, 2010 #4 Share Posted January 23, 2010 The easiest way to explain it is instead of your onboard account starting at 0 it will start at -50. It most likely will not be there until the second day.
