Clear kayak?

I saw an excurison on our cruise for a clear kayak rental and would like to try to do it on our own since only 2 out of the 5 want to do it. I think it is at Uva's. Any idea how to arrange, price, website?

I don't want to do a tour, just want the rental so if anyone thinks of anywhere else please post.

I see a reference on the out of print Cozumel map that clear kayak rental at UVAs is $10/hour, so figure it might be a little higher.

Maybe their policy has changed but last time I swung by there and inquired about renting the kayaks seperate from the tour I was told that it was only a package deal which included lunch at the little club and at that time, about 6 months ago, it was $50/person.

Could be. My info was off of last year's (2004 so basically 2003 info) Can-Do map, so guess that is just another mistake on it. May have only been one of the grand opening specials, if at all.
