Late Flight Out Of NOLA

What to do in NOLA flight leaves @ 4 could have choose 11am but firgured too early first time out of this port usually leave out of Florida Port and to my Knowledge Carnival does not do the luggage express service out of this port so not sure if we do go around the town what to do with our luggage????? any suggestions appreciated James
