Holiday Inn downtown Vancouver

Has anyone ever stayed here? My travel agent has said we can get a room for a precruise at @199.00 a nite in June. What * rating is this hotel?Can we do better on priceline?

I don't consider that to be a good rate - nothing wrong with the hotel - in good location and recently upgraded but for a *** - ***.5 star hotel that is a high price - you should be able to get much better pricing and hotels on Priceline - people have gotten the Hyatt - another hotel in a great location for around $100.00 on Priceline - many locals think there will be a lull in tourism after the Olympics and along with several new properties coming on stream at glut in hotel rooms and think that prices will drop.
