MTL=CRUISEFAMILY Posted January 27, 2010 #1 Share Posted January 27, 2010 Thought I would share a quick positive point on MSC customer service and MSC loyalty card. I had sailed last year with MSC, and recently enrolled in the msc club to get loyalty points and some perks.....I found that the actual card was taking some time to arrive and sent off a few inquiring emails, am happy to report that the President and CEO replied to the email, and assured to rectify the delay, an additional follow up by MSC Loyalty representative was received and took care of the situation...........I write this as I read lots of reviews about service, laid back employees in correcting shortcomings. A really great cruise line with great service. make sure you register your MSC card with reservations desk when you board to activate it while you are cruising. Lots of nice perks.
