travelntreats Posted January 28, 2010 #3 Share Posted January 28, 2010 depends on the length of the 2 cruises....compared to the length of the 1 cruise.... just another poll :::yawn::: without enough details to make an intelligent vote !

Ok...I assumed it would be understood that I was trying to figured out what was more important: Cruise vs Comfort...
dan40 Posted January 28, 2010 #5 Share Posted January 28, 2010 2 OR MORE 8A cruises!
Traveler353 Posted January 28, 2010 #6 Share Posted January 28, 2010 No brainer, 2 cruises of course. That is why I always try to book a 1A. I can take 3 cruises for the cost what some spend for 1. Same bed, same food, same great crew and same entertainment.

Um, I believe the first post under the poll says "If given the choice, which would you pick? Same length of cruise to the same general region..." IMHO, that is enough detail to make an intelligent vote, especially if it is based upon your criteria of "depends on the length of the 2 cruises...compared to the length of the 1 cruise...." :)

I still think the intent of the poll was obvious with or without adding "Same length of cruise to the same general region..." Oh well.
pwkreis Posted January 28, 2010 #9 Share Posted January 28, 2010 I am admittedly a balcony snob, but that said I would trade my balcony for a second cruise ANY DAY! :D
hvyhttr21 Posted January 28, 2010 Author #10 Share Posted January 28, 2010 It does amaze me that so many people would rather take one cruise in a balcony stateroom than two cruises in an interior stateroom. Different strokes for different folks I guess...
hvyhttr21 Posted January 28, 2010 Author #11 Share Posted January 28, 2010 I am admittedly a balcony snob, but that said I would trade my balcony for a second cruise ANY DAY! :D Amen to that... You know in the movie Bedtime Stories, where Adam Sandler is trying to get that "Ferrari for FRRRRRRRRREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE". That is how I would feel if I walked up to the check in counter and they asked me if I would be willing to trade my balcony stateroom for an interior stateroom on the next two sailings... :D

travelntreats Posted January 28, 2010 #13 Share Posted January 28, 2010 well now that we know the entire facts I would say 2 interior cruises.....14 days vs. 7 days .... NO BRAINER for me !

Javacruiser Posted January 28, 2010 #18 Share Posted January 28, 2010 Not even a close call.... I'll take 2 five day cruises in 4a over one 7 day in an 8a.
