Walk to Hard rock from Pier to buy shirts then take a cab to Hell buy the usual souvenir stuff have the cab drop us at 7 mile beach (there are 8 of us) will we need 2 cabs?? all5bolens Posted January 22, 2005 #4 Share Posted January 22, 2005 Some of the cabs are like minivans. They look like they can hold about 10, but they usually cram many more in there. My inlaws just got back and it cost them $4/person. They're all lined up at the pier. Just get in line and you can ask anyone there. Everyone's pretty friendly. Just remember, some of 7 mile beach is still recovering from the hurricane, but Georgetown is fine. We're going both places in March. Hell is past 7 mile beach, quite a way I think. You'll have to get a cab to go there first and then come back to 7 mile beach. I don't know the cost for that. Just ask. There will also be lots of people offering tours at the pier.
