Help for First Time Cruisers

JacobsMommy

Recommended Posts

Hi all. DH, DS, and I will be going to Montego Bay in April. DS will be 18 mo. We do not want to do any of the tours offered because of DS age. We were thinking of having a nice morning at the beach and then spending the afternoon on the ship.

I am a little concerned after reading about the crime and hassling on the island. Do you have any recommendations for traveling to Mo Bay with a toddler?

Something Safe and rather inexpensive (We are taking excursions on the other two ports of call)? We will stay on board if necessary, but hate to miss out on a port.

Any and all recommendations appreciated! I am very uneducated about cruising and am starting to feel a little overwhelmed! <eek>

Thanks again!
