I have heard that their is a last minute cruise discount site. HELP Any info on this site.

I don't know which one you are looking for but start with a Google Search on Last Minute Cruises or Last Minute Cruises Florida.

 

Many big TA's have last minute deals.

Don't count on as many bargains as before, no matter what those websites advertise. The days of the last-minute cruise deals are gone, since post-9/11 passenger manifests must be final no later than 72 hours prior to sailing. Additionally, cruising is becoming the vacation of choice for so many people, and most ships sell out quickly. Often, you'll see prices rise as the sail date approaches (supply and demand). You might be able to pick up a deal just after final payment is due on a given cruise, as there are usually several cancellations. If you see a special advertised about 60 days out, it's the cruise line's enticement to fill the ship. But if you're looking for that last-minute balcony stateroom for $499 (irrespective of your residence) it's just not there. In fact, it's probably better to book at least six months out, avoiding those periodic price hikes.
