Posted earlier there were 3. We are on Infinity out of S.D. to Hawaii Oct. 9th. We picked the Best Western Bayside (619)233-7500. The first 7 days are free - after that $5.00 per day in a covered garage. Shuttle to the pier every 20 minutes. $159.00 per night. The others are Hampton Inn, (619)233-8408 - room rates $119.00 to $159.00 and $10.00 a day to park and Marriott Res. Inn (619)338-8200, room rates $159.00 to $300.00 and $8.00 a day to park. These were the only 3 I could find. Hope this helps.

I do not think are going to be many more hotels in the immediate area of the pier that offer good deals on parking. The pier is on the edge of downtown San Diego, where parking is at a premium ($20 per day or so on most of the office buildings). Many of the hotels charge for parking in addition to the room rates. If you are looking for free parking, you are probably going to have to go to a hotel in, say, Mission Valley where there is more available parking.
