CruzinSoulMates Posted February 3, 2010 #1 Share Posted February 3, 2010 Hello fellow cruise lovers. I have a question regarding a shore excursion in Coco Cay. I will be there in May and was wondering if anyone did the Eco Adventure Boat Tour. Sounds interesting but wondering if it is worth it. TIA. islandgrl71 Posted March 4, 2010 #2 Share Posted March 4, 2010 The boat tour is the only authentic "Bahamian" experience on the island. It's a 90 min. narrated tour through the Northern Berry Islands where you will learn about the culture and history from Lucayans to pirates and view marine life in the shallows such as stingrays, sharks and turtles. The guides will also stop and pick up giant starfish, conch and land crabs to pass around the boat. The tour is informative and entertaining; check out previous posts under the name "Aquatic Adventure Tour".

After a month with no answer, I was wondering if I should even do this excursion. Sounds like fun. Thanks. :D:D
avidcruiser007 Posted March 2, 2014 #4 Share Posted March 2, 2014 I just went on this tour and it was great! We saw 3 Sea Turtles, 2 sharks, around 13-14 Stingrays and got to interact with a whole bunch of marine life with the onboard touch tank they have on the boat. One thing though...they changed the name to "Bahamas Marine life encounter Eco boat tour".
