Have been trying to book with this company (since Sunday). However, we have not received a response after sending an e-mail and filling out their on-line information sheet. Has anyone else had this problem? Maybe we'll give it another day and then try to contact via phone!

I had the same problem. I gave up with them and contacted Shasa cruises instead.

Some must be wrong with the software they use bc though we had no problems others in our group did. It would seem that alot of emails get dropped in their spam acct. Not sure why but we made them aware of this. We found that it did work if we used this :

We leave next Friday on our cruise and we have about 25 of us booked from our group with them! We can't wait! I even paid for this tour upfront in full! I love this option!

As CruisinRican noted, their email went to my SPAM folder as well. Whenever I contacted them, I got a very timely reply.
