m1799999 Posted January 18, 2005 #1 Share Posted January 18, 2005 Hi, my family is trying to book an excursion on Cozumel and was wondering when the ship arrives in port. Online it says we are in Cozumel from 11:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. Is that Mexico time or U.S. time? We want to do an excursion that starts at 12:00. Thank You. JrMafia90 Posted January 19, 2005 #2 Share Posted January 19, 2005 I believe it's ship time, but I'm not sure. I will call you TA or Carnival just to be sure.
linrns Posted January 19, 2005 #3 Share Posted January 19, 2005 We just returned from the Carnival Valor 1/16. We did the western caribbean and when in Cozumel the time was the same as US eastern time. Only had to change time when going down to Belize and Roatan. Then changed backed to florida time when going to Grand Cayman and Cozumel Linda
miclane001 Posted January 19, 2005 #4 Share Posted January 19, 2005 I believe Cozumel is on Central time, at least it was in December when we were last there.
REDHEAD5 Posted January 19, 2005 #5 Share Posted January 19, 2005 just returned from cruise on 1/16 - we did have to change clocks in Cozumel and changed them back when we departed...
m1799999 Posted January 19, 2005 Author #6 Share Posted January 19, 2005 Thanks for the replies. We want to book a dolphin swim, but they only have a 12:00 left. In the brochure it says that we are in Cozumel from 11:00a.m. to 11:00p.m. If we are really there at 10:00a.m. Cozumel time, we might be able to do it. Do you have to use a tender or can you walk off the ship?
phlydude Posted January 19, 2005 #7 Share Posted January 19, 2005 Cozumel is 100% pier, no tendering required.
