MissLianne Posted February 8, 2010 #26 Share Posted February 8, 2010 Just pack up and head south!!! Guarantee no hurricanes in the Bahamas or South Florida for the next week!!! And do let your DF wear what he wants!!! :) Life's too short to not have a great time. Thank you... We were in FLL for a week this past summer during PEAK hurricane season (Sept 3 to Sept 9) we got SO lucky. We booked it in early July knowing that cancelling or postponing our trip was a possibility... ended up having GREAT hot & humid SUNNY weather for our whole trip. We had a few of those late afternoon brief thundershower and rainstorms... but by the time they started it was after 3pm and we had enough pina coladas that it was nap time. We got a great rate too... $105pp for flights roundtrip from Buffalo. LOVE S. Fl. I just got off the phone with him and told him the good news about his formal night attire :D ...you mentioned you live in S.Fl? Whats the weather like these days? South Florida weather can be tricky this time of year. You're looking at mid-70's during the day and low-60's at night. Really lovely. And very very little chance of rain. Tip: When you get off Majesty go have an early dinner/cocktails at Smith and Wollensky down at the southern tip of So. Beach that evening and watch the ship roll out again. Great atmosphere, right on the water. Enjoy!!!

O C or F? Big difference!!! LOL The odds are lots of sun, rain would be very rare, moderate temps. Enjoy your cruise and pre/post time on SoBe. lcguy Posted February 8, 2010 #31 Share Posted February 8, 2010 err I forgot ...0 C ...I want to say around 33f/34f Plan on doubling the temps and then some. Great thing about Feb is you're not going to get the humidity you did last June. Have fun!!!
